 Lancaster was born in Tacoma Washington. She attended Franklin Pierce High School in Tacoma. She was named Miss Washington Teen USA 1998. She joined the Sea Gals cheerleading team of the Seattle Seahawks. Lancaster was a part of the Sea Gals for five years before she moved to Los Angeles to pursue modeling and dance.
